We enjoy awards shows as much as the next person (as in: with a bottle of Pinot Grigio), but what we get really excited over is watching our favorite celebs kill it on the red carpet. Looking calm and collected while standing in front of hundreds of screaming fans and blinding flash bulbs is no easy feat, after all. But though we admire them for keeping their cool in this stressful scenario, we also have to credit their behind-the-scenes helpers—the makeup artists and hairstylists who not only make them look so damn good, but also ensure they stay looking that way throughout the night.
