Though there’s no polar vortex expected this year (well, the folks in Buffalo standing in five feet of snow might feel differently), we’ve learned enough from last year’s extreme wind chill to realize that when the temperatures drop alarmingly fast, there’s only one thing for us to do: Run for cover.
