
The moment you walk out of a salon after a blowout is often the time you feel the most invincible—and for good reason. Whether you’re flaunting big, bouncy waves or shiny, pin-straight strands, a good blowout can boost a bad mood and instill confidence on days when you feel like stress eating an entire jar of Nutella.
But there is one downside—like all good things, it must come to an end. And like Cinderella after the ball, a day or two later, we’re left with just our stringy everyday strands and fond memories of our short-lived previous glory. To help prolong our hair high, we spoke with David Babaii, Blo Blow Dry Bar co-owner (the other co-owner happens to be the well-coiffed Gwyneth Paltrow), and asked him to share his tips for extending the life of our blowout.
